• Personal data
  The content of e-QRM website have been created with highest care in any case conforming with all relevant legal regulations for data protection, particularly in accordance with all requirements of German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), des German Telemedia Act (TMG), and the Interstate Broadcasting Treaty (RStV). In principle, e-QRM websites can be visited without providing personal data. During sole browsing of e-QRM webpages no personal data or information will be stored.
  Prior to log-in to protected areas of this website confirmed registration as exhibitor or participant is required. If contact data is required for registration (Name and Address of the company of a user, name and commercial contact data of a contact person including department, phone number and e-mail address), the input of these data follows on a voluntary basis of the user. Besides the following additional provisions shall apply, which can be downloaded here.
  Every user of this website also has the right to obtain information about the status of his stored data from e-QRM. Any data relating to users which is inaccurate, will be corrected or blocked by e-QRM upon user request and data recorded unlawfully will be deleted.   Contradictions may result in the situation that e-QRM is unable to fulfill its legal obligations (explanation, execution and close-out of commercial relationship). e-QRM will not be liable and rejects any claims for damages under these circumstances. 

• Questions regarding data protection shall be addressed directly to e-QRM by mail: info@e-qrm.de. The use of imprint data or equivalent information published by e-QRM, such as e-mail addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses by third parties for the purpose of sending information not explicitly requested is not permitted. e-QRM expressly reserves the right to take legal actions against anyone violating this prohibition, e.g. senders of spam mails.

• Analysis Tools, Tracking Tools and Cookies 
  e-QRM does not use any tools for analysis or tracking on this website. Cookies are not used on this website. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer when you visit a website. Information about the use of a website is stored and might be tracked sometimes. Our website does not use this technology or similar tools.
  Only in case of entering the protected area of this website by personal log-in cookies are used by e-QRM to protect the user´s browser in a manner to disable log-in to the account from a different computer  (session-key). The session will be terminated after a defined period with no activity. The Cookie does not include further activities. Filing of cookies can be deactivated by users in their browser set-up.
