General Terms and Conditions

• General Terms
  These Terms and Conditions set forth the basic terms of the services provided by e-QRM GmbH and the participant and shall be integral part of the signed registration for a e-QRM event.
  

  ---

• Registration/Confirmation
  The registration of participants can be done by e-mail, facsimile, online registration form, or by mail. Die Anmeldung kann per E-Mail, Fax, online oder per Post erfolgen. The registration becomes legally binding by written confirmation of e-QRM GmbH.  Registration is latest possible one working day before the scheduled event and is valid after successful bank transfer of the application fee for all registered participants to the account of e-QRM GmbH. 
  

  ---

• Services
  The application fee is payable per registered participant and event plus actual VAT. The application fee includes cost of the event, lunches, refreshments and detailed conference materials & participant documents. Travel expenses and accommodation cost of participants are excluded. Lecturers are ordered by individual contracts.
  e-QRM GmbH reserves the right to serve notice of termination of the registration or contract, if having regard to the adequacy of the measures. e-QRM furthermore reserves the right to cancel, postpone or displace the event, to change its duration 
  or – if the room allocations official directives or other compellable circumstances necessitate it in the organiser’s view- to reallocate the space placed at disposal of the participant, to change or to reduce the size of it, or to replace announced speakers, or to modify the program regarding content & time schedule by keeping the character of the whole event. In that case the parties concerned shall not be entitled to a refund of the application fee or must subsequently pay for the event if not already paid in advance.
  e-QRM GmbH can cancel registered events for important reasons, especially in the case of low participation or attendance i.e. less then 50% of seats taken, in the case of circumstances beyond our control, if the event location is closed or inaccessible, or in the case of illness of the event organizer or instructor. In all other cases of cancellation for important reasons and modification of the program, e-QRM GmbH will notify registered participants in advance as early as possible. Already paid application fees will be reimbursed, further claims of participants against e-QRM GmbH are excluded. If the fees or surcharges are not paid in full, the amount which has been paid shall be refunded. Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen, except for cases of intentional or gross negligent conduct on the part of legal representatives, employees or other vicarious agents of e-QRM GmbH.

• Due date and payment 
  Payment is due in full 14 days after registration based on e-QRM invoice, latest before the scheduled event. The registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. Credit card payments are not accepted. Payment may not be made by sending cash or cheques; the e-QRM GmbH shall not be liable in the event of loss.

• Cancellation 
  You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to e-QRM GmbH. Any cancellation is effective from the date e-QRM GmbH receives a written notification to the following address: e-QRM GmbH, Frankenstraße 5, 61352 Bad Homburg, E-Mail: info@e-QRM.de
  For any cancellations received in writing not less than twenty-four (24) days prior to the event, the participant will receive a 50% refund. After this date no further refunds are possible. The date on which e-QRM GmbH receives the cancellation notification is decisive.

• Copyright, related rights and liability
  Conference materials and participant documents are protected by copyright.  e-QRM GmbH reserves all rights not expressly granted to parties in these general terms and conditions. Otherwise reprints, reproductions, publishing and passing on of texts or graphics – even parts thereof – as well as its storage in EDP or optical form is only permissible after the prior and written consent of e-QRM GmbH. e-QRM GmbH therefore accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by the conference materials or participant documents. In the case e-QRM GmbH is providing online collections of links including further information, e-QRM GmbH points out that the images, texts and graphics contained on these web pages, the layout of the pages and especially the design, logos and layout are subject to copyright and to the right of persons depicted to their own images and registered brands and intellectual property rights. The unauthorized use and commercial exploitation of distinct content or full web pages may have may have serious consequences including civil and/or criminal penalties. e-QRM GmbH cannot be held responsible for the content of any off site web page whatsoever which contains a link to our site.

• Rules for governing law, jurisdiction and place of performance
  The use of this website and the entire legal relationship between e-QRM GmbH and the parties  is subject to German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Legal venue and place of fulfillment is Bad Homburg v.d.H.
